Gilbert de Boeck
Greetings, My name is Gilbert de Boeck, I'm currently 15 years old. I enjoy playing video games such as: Destiny 2. As most people I have a mom and a dad and as a bonus i have a sister, brother and an orange cat called ginger. I also prefer to speak English over Dutch since the Dutch language is in my opinion extremely aggravating. I also suffer from crippling depression. Unlike the most Dutch people I severely dislike the game known as Fortnite. If I could, I would like to move out of this country and live in America.

Comparison with India
In the 1950s 214 daily newspapers were published in the country. Out of these, 44 were English language dailies while the rest were published in various regional and national languages.
in 1993 with the total number of newspapers published in the country reached 35,595.
India consumed 99 million newspaper copies as of 2007—making it the second largest market in the world for newspapers.

The first Radio broadcasting was initiated in 1927. In 1937 it was given the name All India Radio.
Limited duration of television programming began in 1959, and complete broadcasting followed in 1965.
As of 2009 1400 Satellite and cable television soon gained a foothold. The first television programming in the Netherlands took place in 1951. Which is once again earlier than india.

In the Netherlands however most forms of mass media started to be spread/produced far faster than they did in India .
In the year 1950 the Netherlands published 108 daily newspapers in comparison to India this is indeed less but that is of course because Indias size is far bigger so therefor more newspapers were published.
Over the time the Netherlands started to slowly produce more newspapers but it would still be less than the amount india produced.
In the year 2007 the netherlands had produced 1553 million newspapers which is alot more than India did.
The first radio broadcasting in the netherlands took place in 1919 which was quite a good amount of years before india had theirs.
Showing that media started to develop earlier in the netherlands.

In conclusion the Netherlands started of with having less newspapers but overtime indias size couldnt keep up with how much faster the netherlands were producing forms of media.
Reflection
What went well with our project was that we had a good communication in our group the interviews were quickly delivered.
What went bad in our group was that the communication with the Indians was bad the internet connection was terrible so we couldn’t ask them allot of questions and there wasn’t allot of time so we spent time after school on the project.
